However, I remember my first practical joke; it was on my cousin, Spyke. He was outside playing basketball so I figured I’ll go to the refrigerator get out a bottle of sprite and pour some dishwasher in it, you know, play that joke. I could see him come in the house, take a sip of that and go, “hey Khocee, this is not sprite, good one…good one”.
In less than 12minutes he came running the house and went for that sprite, at least he thought it was sprite…boy you need to see the way he spat that stuff out, and as he chuckled like a maniac he beat me like he didn’t know me. Jack Michael Arrington was born in Huntington Beach, California on the March 13, 1970 Arrington grew up in Huntington Beach, California and Surrey, England, attended the University of California, Berkeley and graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a major in economics. He went on to Stanford Law School and graduated in 1995. He practiced corporate and securities law at O’Melveny & Myers, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
He is the American founder and former co-editor of TechCrunch, a blog covering the Silicon Valley technology start-up communities and the wider technology field in USA and elsewhere. His Career
Arrington rose to internet prominence with his Silicon Valley blog, TechCrunch. TechCrunch covers internet startups and news. In July 2008, Arrington started a project called the Crunchpad, over a year before the iPad was released. The Crunchpad was meant to be an affordable tablet computer that catered to a niche between desktop computers and laptops. However, disputes arose between Arrington and the developers he had chosen for the Crunchpad. The developers broke off from Arrington and released the device on their own but it received few sales, and the developers later went bankrupt.

Ariana Grande-Butera was born in June 26, 1993, known professionally as Ariana Grande, she is an American singer and actress. Ariana Grande-Butera was born in Boca Raton, Florida, to Joan Grande, chief executive officer of telephone and alarm system company Hose-McCann Communications, and Edward Butera, who owns a graphic design firm in Boca Raton. Her name was originally inspired by Princess Oriana from Felix the Cat (1959). Grande is of Italian descent, and has stated that she is “half Sicilian and half Abruzzese”. She has a half-brother, Frankie Grande, who was ten years old when she was born, and became an actor and producer. Page received the Marconi Prize in 2004.
Now let’s dig deeper: Larry Page’s father, Carl Vincent Page, Sr., earned a PhD in computer science in 1965, when the field was being established, and is considered a “pioneer in computer science and artificial intelligence.” He was a computer science professor at Michigan State University and Page’s mother, Gloria, was an instructor in computer programming at Lyman Briggs College at Michigan State University (Computer should have been their last name). Page’s mother is Jewish, but he was not raised under the guidance of any religious tenets.

As an undergrad at the University of Michigan, he proposed that the school replace its bus system with something he called a “PRT,” or “personal rapid transit system,” which was essentially a driverless monorail with separate cars for every passenger, he also developed a business plan for a company that would use software to build a music synthesizer during this time.

Page focused on the problem of finding out which web pages link to a given page, considering the number and nature of such backlinks as valuable information for that page—the role of citations in academic publishing would also become pertinent for the research. Brin, a fellow Stanford PhD student, would soon join Page’s research project, nicknamed “BackRub.” Together, the pair authored a research paper titled “The Anatomy of a Large-Scale Hypertextual Web Search Engine,” which became one of the most downloaded scientific documents in the history of the internet at the time.
John Battelle, cofounder of Wired magazine, wrote that Page had reasoned that the:
… entire Web was loosely based on the premise of citation—after all, what is a link but a citation? If he could devise a method to count and qualify each backlink on the Web, as Page puts it “the Web would become a more valuable place.”
Battelle further described how Larry Page and Sergey Brin began working together on the project:
At the time Page conceived of BackRub, the Web comprised an estimated 10 million documents, with an untold number of links between them. The computing resources required to crawl such a beast were well beyond the usual bounds of a student project. Unaware of exactly what he was getting into, Page began building out his crawler. The idea’s complexity and scale lured Brin to the job. A polymath who had jumped from project to project without settling on a thesis topic, he found the premise behind BackRub fascinating. “I talked to lots of research groups” around the school, Brin recalls, “and this was the most exciting project, both because it tackled the Web, which represents human knowledge, and because I liked Larry.
Early management style
During his first tenure as CEO, he embarked on a failed attempt to fire all of Google’s project managers in 2001. Page’s plan involved all of Google’s engineers reporting to a VP of engineering, who would then report directly to him—Page explained that he didn’t like non-engineers supervising engineers due to their limited technical knowledge. Page even documented his management tenets for his team to use as a reference:

Even though Page’s new model was unsustainable and led to disgruntlement among the affected employees, his issue with engineers being managed by non-engineering staff gained traction more broadly. Eventually, the practice of only instating engineers into the management roles of engineering teams was established as a standard across Silicon Valley. Page also believed that the faster Google’s search engine returned answers, the more it would be used. He fretted over milliseconds and pushed his engineers—from those who developed algorithms to those who built data centers—to think about lag times. He also pushed for keeping Google’s home page famously spare in its design because it would help the search results load faster. Since then Google has grown and expanded beyond comprehension.

Dorsey was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Marcia (Smith) and Tim Dorsey. He is of part Italian descent. In 2013, talking to CNN, Dorsey expressed admiration for Michael Bloomberg and his reinvention through design and simple interfaces of what it means to be mayor. Sergey Mikhaylovich Brin, mostly known as Sergey Brin was born on August 21, 1973. He is a Russian American computer scientist and internet entrepreneur who, together with Larry Page, co-founded Google, one of the most profitable Internet companies. According to Hurun Global Rich List 2015 he is jointly one of three people listed as 18th richest in the world (21 overall) with a net worth of US$30 billion. Brin and Page each own about 16 percent of the company.
Brin immigrated to the United States with his family from the Soviet Union at the age of 6. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland, following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps by studying mathematics, as well as computer science. After graduation, he moved to Stanford University to acquire a PhD in computer science. There he met Larry Page, with whom he later became friends. They crammed their dormitory room with inexpensive computers and applied Brin’s data mining system to build a search engine. The program became popular at Stanford and they suspended their PhD studies to start up Google in a rented garage.
The Economist referred to Brin as an “Enlightenment Man”, and as someone who believes that “knowledge is always good, and certainly always better than ignorance”, a philosophy that is summed up by Google’s mission statement “Organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful” and unofficial motto “Don’t be evil”.
Brin was born in Moscow in the Soviet Union to Russian Jewish parents, Mikhail Brin and Yevgenia Brin, both graduates of Moscow State University. His father is a mathematics professor at the University of Maryland, and his mother a researcher at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.
In 1979, when Brin was six years old, his family felt compelled to migrate to the United States. In an interview with Mark Malseed, co-author of The Google Story, Sergey’s father explains how he was “forced to abandon his dream of becoming an astronomer even before he reached college”. Michael Brin claims Communist Party heads barred Jews from upper professional ranks by denying them entry to universities, and that Jews were excluded from the physics departments in particular. Michael Brin therefore changed his major to mathematics where he received nearly straight A’s. He said,
Nobody would even consider me for graduate school because I was Jewish.
According to Brin, at Moscow State University, Jews were required to take their entrance exams in different rooms from non-Jewish applicants and they were marked on a harsher scale.
The Brin family lived in a three-room apartment in central Moscow, which they also shared with Sergey’s paternal grandmother. Brin told Malseed,
I’ve known for a long time that my father wasn’t able to pursue the career he wanted
but Brin only picked up the details years later after they had settled in the United States. In 1977, after his father returned from a mathematics conference in Warsaw, Poland, Michael Brin announced that it was time for the family to emigrate. “We cannot stay here anymore”, he told his wife and mother. At the conference, he was able to “mingle freely with colleagues from the United States, France, England and Germany and discovered that his intellectual brethren in the West were not ‘monsters.'” He added,
I was the only one in the family who decided it was really important to leave.
Sergey’s mother was less willing to leave their home in Moscow, where they had spent their entire lives. Malseed writes, “For Genia, the decision ultimately came down to Sergey. While her husband admits he was thinking as much about his own future as his son’s, for her, ‘it was 80/20′ about Sergey.” They formally applied for their exit visa in September 1978, and as a result his father was “promptly fired”. For related reasons, his mother also had to leave her job. For the next eight months, without any steady income, they were forced to take on temporary jobs as they waited, afraid their request would be denied as it was for many refuseniks. During this time his parents shared responsibility for looking after him and his father taught himself computer programming. In May 1979, they were granted their official exit visas and were allowed to leave the country. At an interview in October 2000, Brin said,
I know the hard times that my parents went through there and am very thankful that I was brought to the States.

Brin attended elementary school at Paint Branch Montessori School in Adelphi, Maryland, but he received further education at home; his father, a professor in the department of mathematics at the University of Maryland, encouraged him to learn mathematics and his family helped him retain his Russian-language skills. He attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, Maryland. In September 1990 Brin enrolled in the University of Maryland to study computer science and mathematics, where he received his Bachelor of Science in May 1993 with honors.
Brin began his graduate study in computer science at Stanford University on a graduate fellowship from the National Science Foundation. In 1993, he interned at Wolfram Research, who were the developers of Mathematica. As of 2008, he is on leave from his PhD studies at Stanford.
During an orientation for new students at Stanford, he met Larry Page. They seemed to disagree on most subjects. But after spending time together, they “became intellectual soul-mates and close friends”. Brin’s focus was on developing data mining systems while Page’s was in extending “the concept of inferring the importance of a research paper from its citations in other papers”.Together, the pair authored a paper titled “The Anatomy of a Large-Scale Hypertextual Web Search Engine”.
To convert the backlink data gathered by BackRub’s web crawler into a measure of importance for a given web page, Brin and Page developed the PageRank algorithm, and realized that it could be used to build a search engine far superior to existing ones. The new algorithm relied on a new kind of technology that analyzed the relevance of the backlinks that connected one Web page to another.
Combining their ideas, the pair began utilizing Page’s dormitory room as a machine laboratory, and extracted spare parts from inexpensive computers to create a device that they used to connect the nascent search engine with Stanford’s broadband campus network. After filling Page’s room with equipment, they then converted Brin’s dorm room into an office and programming center, where they tested their new search engine designs on the Web. The rapid growth of their project caused Stanford’s computing infrastructure to experience problems.
Page and Brin used the former’s basic HTML programming skills to set up a simple search page for users, as they did not have a web page developer to create anything visually elaborate. They also began using any computer part they could find to assemble the necessary computing power to handle searches by multiple users. As their search engine grew in popularity among Stanford users, it required additional servers to process the queries. In August 1996, the initial version of Google, still on the Stanford University website, was made available to Internet users.
Brin is working on other, more personal projects that reach beyond Google. For example, he and Page are trying to help solve the world’s energy and climate problems at Google’s philanthropic arm Google.org, which invests in the alternative energy industry to find wider sources of renewable energy. The company acknowledges that its founders want “to solve really big problems using technology”.
In October 2010, for example, they invested in a major offshore wind power development to assist the East coast power grid, which will eventually become one of about a dozen offshore wind farms that are proposed for the region. A week earlier they introduced a car that, with “artificial intelligence”, can drive itself using video cameras and radar sensors. In the future, drivers of cars with similar sensors would have fewer accidents. These safer vehicles could therefore be built lighter and require less fuel consumption. They are trying to get companies to create innovative solutions to increasing the world’s energy supply. He is an investor in Tesla Motors, which has developed the Tesla Roadster, a 244-mile (393 km) range battery electric vehicle as well as the Tesla Model S, a 265-mile (426 km) range battery electric vehicle.
In 2004, he and Page were named “Persons of the Week” by ABC World News Tonight. In January 2005 he was nominated to be one of the World Economic Forum’s “Young Global Leaders”. In June 2008, Brin invested $4.5 million in Space Adventures, the Virginia-based space tourism company. His investment will serve as a deposit for a reservation on one of Space Adventures’ proposed flights in 2011. Space Adventures, the only company that sends tourists to space, has sent five of them so far.
Sergey Brin and Larry Page jointly own a customized Boeing 767-200 and a Dornier Alpha Jet, and pay $1.3 million a year to house them and two Gulfstream V jets owned by Google executives at Moffett Federal Airfield. The aircraft have had scientific equipment installed by NASA to allow experimental data to be collected in flight.
In 2012, Brin has been involved with the Project Glass program and has demoed eyeglass prototypes. Project Glass is a research and development program by Google to develop an augmented reality head-mounted display (HMD). The intended purpose of Project Glass products would be the hands-free displaying of information currently available to most smartphone users, and allowing for interaction with the Internet via natural language voice commands.
Brin was also involved in the Google driverless car project. In September 2012, at the signing of the California Driverless Vehicle Bill, Brin predicted that within five years, robotic cars will be available to the general public.

Remembering his youth and his family’s reasons for leaving the Soviet Union, he “agonized over Google’s decision to appease the communist government of China by allowing it to censor search engine results”, but he decided that the Chinese would still be better off than without having Google available.
In 2002, Brin, along with Larry Page, was named to the MIT Technology Review TR100, as one of the top 100 innovators in the world under the age of 35. In 2003, both Brin and Page received an honorary MBA from IE Business School “for embodying the entrepreneurial spirit and lending momentum to the creation of new businesses…” In 2004, they received the Marconi Foundation Prize, the “Highest Award in Engineering”, and were elected Fellows of the Marconi Foundation at Columbia University. “In announcing their selection, John Jay Iselin, the Foundation’s president, congratulated the two men for their invention that has fundamentally changed the way information is retrieved today.”
In 2004, Brin received the Academy of Achievement’s Golden Plate Award with Larry Page at a ceremony in Chicago, Illinois.

In November 2009, Forbes decided Sergey Brin and Larry Page were the fifth most powerful people in the world. Earlier that same year, in February, Brin was inducted into the National Academy of Engineering, which is “among the highest professional distinctions accorded to an engineer … [and] honors those who have made outstanding contributions to engineering research, practice…” He was selected specifically, “for leadership in development of rapid indexing and retrieval of relevant information from the World Wide Web”. In their “Profiles” of Fellows, the National Science Foundation included a number of earlier awards:

Relationships with friends, co-workers, boyfriend/girlfriend husband/wife, and family are important components of our lives. Today I would be talking about boyfriend/girlfriend. What some ladies don’t really know about relationships. Here is what Wiki has to say;

Ladies they are few questions you need ask yourself before embarking on any serious relationships, questions like;
What am I here for, what’s my future here, what do I want from this relationship, can I stick with this relationship even when it hurts me, do I find it attractive enough, can it lead to marriage (happy ending), what are the side effects and finally, do you think its worth it.
These questions might sound so simple to your hearing but if you think deep into it, you will find out these questions are quite the hardest in a relationship. To be honest with you, most guys are nothing but just dogs on rampage, simply looking for anything that has holes on it (please pardon my language), they will stop at nothing but just to take the juice beneath your legs.
They will preach the world to you; take your mind to the most romantic places that even Disney world have never thought off, promise to take you to heaven alive. Although the funny thing about this is that, you know all these words are lies but you just can’t stop listening to the craps, cause you desperately wants to hear such, and before you know it, you’re in for the ride of your life (sex machine)
And the next day he makes it clear to you that’s its just a one night thing. Not if you can answer the questions above truthfully then you might have a chance of experiencing the happy ending of a relationship.
Relationships are suppose to be the most exciting things about life, if only you know the reasons why you are in it.

Hi everyone, today I would be talking about best types of sex and effects, first I will like us to understand what sex are, there many definitions about sex and many different meanings of sex, but we would be focusing on sex intercourse, the one made legal by law when you are married
People define “sex” in different ways. It can include vaginal, oral, and anal sex, and other activities. Vaginal, oral, and anal sexes have more risks (like pregnancy or spreading STDs) than other sexual activities. If you’re going to have any kind of sex, it’s important to make sure you (and your partner) both feel ready and are protecting yourselves against pregnancy and STDs.
Oral Sex: Going down on someone. Eating someone out. Giving someone a blowjob. These are all ways that people talk about oral sex — using your mouth to stimulate another person’s genitals.
You can’t get pregnant from oral sex, but unprotected oral sex puts both people at risk for STDs. Although it’s less likely you’ll get an STD from oral sex than from unprotected vaginal or anal sex, safer is always better.
Anal Sex: Anal sex means penis-in-anus intercourse. A lot of people enjoy anal sex, and lots of people don’t like it at all. Either way is perfectly fine. If you don’t like it or don’t want to try it, don’t let anyone pressure you into it. Sex should feel good and be safe and comfortable for both of you.
You can’t get pregnant from anal sex. But there’s a bigger chance of getting STDs, including HIV, from unprotected anal sex. So it’s important to always use condoms AND lube during anal sex to decrease the risk of STDs.
Although am sorry to say this but I don’t believe most countries practice safe sex, its more like, lets just have fun. Its safe to say that most people see sex as a way of feeling relaxed, although it might have a bit of truth in it, but there is more to sex, one really need to be careful about sex

Ime Bishop Umoh also known as Okon is a Nigerian comic actor from Akwa Ibom, Nigeria. He is from a polygamous family, his mother is the last wife of his father, his father died when he was twelve, and the father was a lawyer by profession and also a comedian by nature because he made everyone in the family laugh. As a child he was always amazed at how his father had the ability to crack everyone up but he is beginning to understand it lately because people tend to laugh at him even when he is serious.

Comedy must have been in me while I was growing up but I didn’t know about it until I was already in school as a child. Meanwhile, when I noticed I had it, I took advantage of the gift and showcased my talents in churches especially when I am invited for plays.
To Okon, acting has always been his dream profession, he started acting in school and church but he choose comedy because he discovered he has a good sense of humor which he describes as a commercial quality sense of humor in other words, it can be bottled and sold.
He got discovered in the University of Uyo were he studied Philosophy by Emem Isong who produced one of the movies that brought him to the spotlight Uyai in 2008. Okon has since then acted several comedy movies and he also plans to take up rolls in movies other than comedy. Okon also does stand-up comedy once in a while but does not have a solid stand in that yet like he have in movies.
Okon got married to Idara Saviour, a third year student of Communication Arts in the University of Uyo on 19th October, 2013 at Uyo, Akwa Ibom. In an interview, he revealed that his wife didn’t say an automatic yes when he proposed to her.
She didn’t look at me seriously. That was when I discovered I have a little personality problem. She couldn’t differentiate Ime Bishop Umoh from the artistic part of me ”Okon”, but I told her I was serious and then asked her again right inside my car and she said a big ”YES”.
The couple welcomed their bundle of joy, a baby girl on the 1st of May, 2014. Idara, his wife said in an interview that her husband has bad temper and if she would change anything about him it would be his temperament. She said
When angry he can go to any length but would later apologize. I am praying and seriously helping him work on his anger. He is also good at apologizing and he never wants to see me frown.
Okon’s response was:
I apologize first because I don’t have the energy to bear fury a long time. I will have emotional constipation if I try.
Okon can cure you of your depression with just one dose of his undiluted humor, he is indeed every doctor’s prescription ”one dose per day”. Ime Bishop Umoh is indeed one of he funniest men alive.

Jerry Yang led Yahoo!’s investment in Alibaba prior to becoming CEO and served as CEO during the time when Yahoo!’s dealings with the Chinese government became controversial.
Alibaba
Yang met Alibaba founder Jack Ma in 1997 during Yang’s first trip to China. Ma, a government-employed tour guide and former English teacher, gave Yang a tour of the Great Wall of China. The two hit it off and discussed the growth of the Web, and Ma created Alibaba several months later. A 1997 photo of Yang and Ma at the Great Wall still hangs on the wall in Alibaba’s Hangzhou office.
In 2005, under Yang’s direction but before he took over as CEO in 2007, Yahoo! purchased a 40% stake in Alibaba for $1 billion plus the assets of Yahoo! China, valued at $700 million. In 2012, Yahoo sold a portion of its stake in Alibaba for $7.6 billion. The company made an additional $9.4 billion in Alibaba’s 2014 IPO. Microsoft negotiations
In February 2008, Microsoft made an unsolicited offer to buy Yahoo! for $44.6 billion; at the time Yahoo! was still struggling to catch up to Google, and Microsoft was still seeking an internet strategy. The offer was a 62% premium to Yahoo’s market value at the time. The negotiations were difficult, as Yang had no desire to sell Yahoo! and would not make a counter-offer. The negotiations ended in failure in May 2008, and Yahoo’s stock price plunged. Yang and board chairman, Roy Bostock were strongly criticized by investors for their handling of negotiations, which later led to several shareholder lawsuits and a proxy fight led by Carl Icahn, which was settled in July 2008.
Yang’s response to the Microsoft takeover was to make a commercial search advertising arrangement with Google but they ended negotiation, after U.S. authorities voiced concerns regarding the effect on competition in the market.
Resignation as CEO to departure
On November 17, 2008, The Wall Street Journal reported Jerry Yang would step down as CEO as soon as the company found a replacement. Yang served as CEO until 2009, when Yahoo! named Carol Bartz as CEO. Yang regained his former position as “Chief Yahoo” and remained on Yahoo’s board of directors.
In January 2012, Yahoo! announced that Yang was leaving the company, and would be resigning from the board and all other positions at the company. The company also announced his resignation from the boards of Yahoo! Japan and Alibaba Corp.
AME Cloud Ventures
After leaving Yahoo! he became a mentor to technology startups and an investor through his firm, AME Cloud Ventures. AME (pronounced “ah-meh”) has provided funding to more than 50 startups, including Tango, Evernote, Wattpad and Chinese travel site Shijiebang. “Ame” means “rain” in Japanese, a nod to Yang’s interest in cloud computing. He re-joined the board of Alibaba in 2014.
Yang is married to Akiko Yamazaki, a Japanese woman who was raised in Costa Rica. Yamazaki graduated from Stanford University with a degree in industrial engineering and is a director with the Wildlife Conservation Network. The couple met at Stanford University in the Kyoto overseas program in 1992.
In February 2007, Jerry Yang and his wife gave $75 million to Stanford University, their alma mater, $50 million of which went to building the “Jerry Yang and Akiko Yamazaki Environment and Energy Building”, a multi-disciplinary research, teaching and lab building designed with sustainable architecture principles.
In late 2012 and early 2013, San Francisco’s Asian Art Museum exhibited selections from the Chinese calligraphy collection belonging to Yang and his wife.

To be honest with you, they’re quite allot to know about relationships, but am going to try my best to break it down into just 7 things to know about relationships. Here we go!
Little things: Being in a relationship is more like having a kid, every singles step of his/her life matters, no matter how little it might sound you need to appreciate. Every lady wants to be appreciated, noticed, love and preached too, so guys you are in for the ride of your life, try as much as possible to notice whatever she’s wearing, cloths, new hair, shoes, jewelries etc.
Quick calls: Yes defiantly, quick calls are very important, in as much as you are very busy and don’t have time for some reasons, you need to give each other quick calls, even though is just a few seconds call, it really matters.
SMS: Sometimes its better to send a short message, I always fancy that allot, I prefer to either text my girlfriend than actually calling her, (but she always prefer me calling, so I mostly do both). I find it interesting because its something you can read over and over again without getting tired, what makes it more important is the fact that you can reply whenever you have a short space
Misunderstandings: There’s no such thing as a perfect relationship. It’s crap that people aim for perfection. You will argue no matter what. It’s not healthy if you don’t fight because arguments make you realize how much you want your relationship to work. You cannot always agree on everything. That’s bullshit. Fights will only be unhealthy if it’s already irrational and if it happens on a daily basis.
Being paranoid: Stop overthinking; he’s not hiding anything from you. You have to start believing in him because he also gets hurt whenever you think otherwise. Just like I always say “your opponent is equally as scared of you as you are of him”
Trust: Trust is the hardest thing to give, earn, and do whenever you’re in a relationship. But little by little you will get to learn how to give it. Trusting someone is equivalent to loving him or her. So try as much as possible to show trust, most relationships have ended in not trusting one another, just as respect is a reciprocal, likewise trust.
Finally, it’s all about balance: It may be hard to do all of these and know the perfect amount love to give each other. Humans love things they cannot define. It’s not like there’s a formula for a perfect relationship, or certain ingredients on how you can make a relationship work. It’s all about balance.
