They are not much but are worth it, these are a few words to keep you going;
- One of the risks of being quiet is that the other people can fill your silence with their own interpretation: You’re bored. You’re depressed. You’re shy. You’re stuck up. You’re judgmental. When others can’t read us, they write their own story-not always one we choose or that’s true to who we are…
- I think the scariest thing in this world is that you never really know what people’s intentions are with you.
- You may look in the mirror and see flaws, but someone else looks at you, and only sees beauty.
- How to stop time: kiss
- How to travel in time: read
- How to escape time: music
- How to fear time: write
- How to utilize/waste time: social media (life has choices)
Okay, I feel generous also so I am going to let my readers know a few things about me;
– In addition to being crazy…like seriously crazy, I was recently discharged from a mental institution and the reason for my discharge was because my doctors couldn’t understand what was really going on in my head. Wow! that felt much better. I am glad I could share this part of myself with you all. I said in addition right? I have forgotten what I was meant to tell you.
– Now, things I’m always down for, no questions asked;
- Road trips
- Breakfast for dinner
- Hot beverage and good conversation
- Music
- Evening strolls
- Shopping
- Food
- Sex
However, I remember my first practical joke; it was on my cousin, Spyke. He was outside playing basketball so I figured I’ll go to the refrigerator get out a bottle of sprite and pour some dishwasher in it, you know, play that joke. I could see him come in the house, take a sip of that and go, “hey Khocee, this is not sprite, good one…good one”.
In less than 12minutes he came running the house and went for that sprite, at least he thought it was sprite…boy you need to see the way he spat that stuff out, and as he chuckled like a maniac he beat me like he didn’t know me.
He punched and he laughed, and he punched and he laughed and punched and laughed…this was when it dawned on me; I had the gift to make people laugh. Thank you, Spyke, thank you.
