Caroline Sam popularly known as Maheeda is a 32 years old Nigerian artiste and model. She had a rough beginning, her single mother died when she was still very young. At 14 she engaged in a lot of odd jobs to survive, she worked as a bar attendant, waitress and also went into prostitution. At the age of 18, she got pregnant and her daughter; Divine is 14 years old now. 
Maheeda developed interest in music 11years ago, she has released several hit singles, her first single “Oko Yanpia” got good air views and drew attention to her with many calling her “goddess of X”. Maheeda was into gospel music, her gospel music has hip hop flair, some street slangs and the infusion of dance beats in it. In an interview with yes magazine she explained why:
The change in my genre of music is basically due to my being born-again. I am presently a living sacrifice and when you are such, it is expected that people hear the Word of God in my songs. If they don’t find that in the kind of music you do, then it means there is something wrong. People have to hear Jesus in my lyrics; they need to see Him reflect in my dressing and if I say Jesus is Lord, they need to be able to believe me.
She later changed from gospel to secular music. Maheeda got married to Robert, a Dutch in 2012 and she resides with her family in Holand. she is most popular for her controversial photos and media statements. To her, nudity is show business, it gets her attention and attention is good business.
I made a choice to be the kind of woman I am today!!! The one Africans and many self righteous people will call names, it’s ok!!! I am not perfect, I don’t have to be, no one is, And I have no regret what so ever !!!! Still standing firm on the bad girl choice!!! Take it it in or spit it out, your choice!!! Just make one that will make you happy, then is ok!.
Maheeda has lots of nude pictures on social media, instalgram has blocked her account several times and she takes delight in talking about her past life, the period she was a prostitude, her sex life even from the point of her losing her virginity (which was at the age of 16), family, marriage and a lot more. She believes her stories can impact people’s life. Her Dutch husband doesn’t seem disturbed about her way of life, she said that he even laughs about it. Maheeda is ferocious, she has built an image for herself and is determined to keep her business going with her body.
