Only Brave Women Date Entrepreneurs
Brave women have got what it takes to date entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs do not behave like the average human; they act like aliens with zero social life, time is a big factor for them, they are not extravagant because they know money’s worth, and they think sideways.
Entrepreneurs are highly driven, super ambitious and very passionate about what they do and how they contribute to society. To the average person, loving them can be very challenging, especially when you don’t understand their way of life.
I dated an entrepreneur when I was 19, and it lasted for just a month. I guess I wasn’t brave enough; I didn’t quite understand him. Over the years, I learnt better, so I will share with you a few insights into the world of an entrepreneur and that will improve your chances of unlocking the key to their heart. So brave women, read on.
1. Time Factor:
One great factor in an entrepreneur’s life is time; he cherishes it and he expects people around him to do the same otherwise he views you as a loser. An entrepreneur is essentially on call 24/7 because his business is his first love. He has to nurture it, care for it and maintain it.
As someone who is inspired to date one, you have to be able to understand their drive and determination. Entrepreneurs usually end up with people who are also independent which allows them the space to pursue their dreams.
So you may want to consider either “having a life” yourself outside of dating the entrepreneur or explore options with someone who has more time to spend with you. “Only Brave Women Date Entrepreneurs”
2. Financial Resources
In the entrepreneur’s world, there is a favorite saying, “Closed mouths don’t get fed.” Nowhere is that more true than in business ownership. “Money talks…people listen.” It’s quite different than a regular job where you have stable pay on a weekly or monthly basis.
In the entrepreneur’s world, cash flow is not steady; you may experience a roller coaster ride, one week they are living luxuriously and the next week, they are just getting-by.
Also, successful business owner keeps an eye on the bottom line and always calculates the cost analysis. Don’t be surprised if you get in a fight and he flings a number out at you about how much you have cost them (in terms of money earning time or actual $$).
3. Dealing with Endless Rejection.
Every successful entrepreneur knows rejection is just a part of the job. Most of the offers they make will not necessarily render a sale. Seasoned entrepreneurs know this and accept it. However, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t still sting!
Over a period of time, rejection can get to them and damage their pride, making them depressed. When you’re dating an entrepreneur, you need to be fully supportive of them so that you can help them minimize this impact and help them focus on their goals and aspirations. “Only Brave Women Date Entrepreneurs”
4. The Issue of Depression.
Many entrepreneurs get depressed because of either lacking necessary financial resources or not achieving the success that they had hoped. Not to mention the loneliness they encounter or feel they have to carry their burdens by themselves.
There is no other time for the need of family and friends to support them than at this moment. Just think about it. An entrepreneur’s business is the result of “blood, sweat and tears.” They give the business their all and expect it to prosper.
When it doesn’t, they feel like giving up and this is the time they need you. In most entrepreneurs’ eyes, going back to a job is not an option which raises the stakes enormously and increases their chances of feeling depressed.
You are the one person who can give them hope and snap them out of their funk. If you can do this while dating this person, you’re sure to be rewarded in the end. “Only Brave Women Date Entrepreneurs”
5. Jealous Of the Other Woman (The Business!).
When he isn’t devoting enough time to you because he is always working. He had to cancel the date with you because the client’s appointment ran over the time allotted. It’s easy to get jealous when you don’t understand the lifestyle, the hustle and the grind upon which they have to endure to achieve success.
Interestingly enough, it’s actually easier when it’s really another woman (or man!) taking your partner’s attention from you because it gives you a clear reason to walk away. But when it’s the business taking your partner’s time, it makes you feel guilty inside that you aren’t being more patient.
Still, you have needs too and if your partner is not giving you the attention you desire, you’ll need to explore your options! When you’re in a relationship with an entrepreneur, you have to realize that dating may not be their top priority at this time. “Only Brave Women Date Entrepreneurs”
Dating an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart, it is for only brave women. It takes a strong person to endure the effort it takes to date one. The spouse of an entrepreneur needs to be independent, yet supportive and flexible in the relationship. Not everyone is capable of having this type of relationship. Yet, if you do decide to go this route, you won’t be sorry.
