Hug as much as you live, live as much as you hug. Hugging someone may appear as simple as holding someone close to your chest and feeling the person’s chest rise and fall. It goes beyond that. Do away with that ninety degree hug or that one hundred and eighty degree hug, get a full one for obvious reasons. Getting it according to research is extremely effective at healing sickness, loneliness, depression, anxiety and stress. You should hug for one of a thousand reasons everyday.

An earlier study published in 2003 came to the conclusion that hand –holding in couple and “hugging” increases their oxytocin known as the “love hormone” that facilitates bonding.
